Over 10 years, I have used my business skills, strategic models, and negotiating skills to help clients in Asia, Africa and around the world. Some of the companies I have worked with/for includes : Zenith Bank Nigerian Plc,  Standard Chartered Bank, Rocket Internet GmbH, Cronierwines, X2 international imagix experts, Bkk solutions, Best Time Oil and Gas, Combase Energy Resources, Just to mention a few. 

I also run etiquette, entrepreneurship, dance/drama classes for kids and equip them with the right tools that enable them to become happy, confident and graceful children.

I stepped into my purpose doing what I love while helping others realise that, they too can live an amazing and impactful life. I believe and always say that ''Everything is Doable'' so I am passionate about working with you to make sure that you achieve your set goals.

When I’m not strategising on a solution for my client, negotiating for a good deal,speaking at an event, training small/ large groups, inspiring people to be in business for themselves through my YouTube videos, writing blog posts across my media platforms or empowering children with lovely skills for a better world THEN, I'm definitely cooking , visiting less privileged kids,travelling, property viewing or Surfing and reading stuffs on the internet.

Martina is a certified  Business Consultant, a certified children and Teen etiquette trainer,  Founder of Runstead Consulting, Owner of  Kizocare -a play an learning centre for children, a Multi-passionate entrepreneur,PerformingArts Director/Cineamtographer and Speaker. 

She is on a mission to inspire individuals to maximize their potentials and in turn build a business and life of purpose. She is also dedicated to empowering children for a better world.

She is constantly Hustling to make sure she solves a problem, serves a need and make people Happy. Her philosophy is that everyone was created with a  special gift from God which has the ability to propel them to Living Intentionally.

Martina holds a Masters of Arts in Perfroming arts with a major in  Directing and Cinematography,  a Bachelors of Arts  and a diploma in Computer Studies.
